T. Chris Kincaid is an experienced urban forester currently working with Osceola County Government since January 2015, where responsibilities include coordinating the Urban Forest Management Plan and managing vegetation in county parks and conservation areas. Prior to this role, T. Chris served as a Public Lands Specialist, assisting with the development and management of parks and conservation areas. T. Chris's previous experience includes serving as a Recreation Coordinator and Wildland Firefighter with the Florida Forest Service, overseeing recreation activities and infrastructure across three forests. T. Chris began a career in Arkansas with roles such as Assistant Superintendent at Lake Dardanelle State Park and Trails Maintenance Supervisor for Arkansas State Parks, focusing on construction and maintenance of park facilities and trails. T. Chris holds a Master of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation and a Graduate Certificate in Wetlands and Water Resource Management from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Central Baptist College.

Osceola County is a county rich in history and life. Created in 1887, Osceola County is a 1,506 square mile area that serves as the south/central boundary of the Central Florida greater metropolitan area. The city of Kissimmee, the county seat, is 18 miles due south of Orlando. Osceola's other incorporated city, St. Cloud, is 9 miles east of Kissimmee and approximately 45 miles west of the city of Melbourne on the Atlantic coast.
