Sophie Boden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner at OSD Healthcare, Sophie provides strategic insights and implements HR operations as part of the senior management team. Previous roles include Head of People at The Hospice of St Francis and various positions at East London NHS Foundation Trust, where Sophie acted as HR Investigator, Business Partner, and Locality Manager. Earlier experience includes HR management roles at South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Swindon, alongside HR graduate placements and trainee positions in the NHS. Sophie holds a degree in Business from Durham University and a Master's in Human Resources from Middlesex University.
