Marissa Plume

Marissa Plume serves as the RVP of Revenue Cloud and the Founder & CEO of Original Shift, a Salesforce CPQ & Billing consulting firm within OSF Digital, since May 2018. Original Shift, founded by experienced Salesforce CPQ & Billing professionals, specializes in guiding clients through business model transformations to maximize technology investments. Marissa holds a membership at Chief, commenced in June 2022, and previously held various leadership roles at Salesforce, SteelBrick, Aria Systems, BigMachines, and CultureRx. Marissa began their career at Best Buy and Health Fitness Corporation. Marissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business Management, and Psychology from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
