Rafael Diogenes

Rafael Diogenes is the current Commerce Operations Director, LATAM at OSF Digital. Rafael has over 18 years of experience in IT management, software development, and infrastructure. Prior to joining OSF Digital, they were the Operations Director at iFactory Solutions, a leading IT solutions provider in Brazil specializing in digital solutions, mobile technologies, consultancy, operations management, software development, and infrastructure. At iFactory, they led the delivery unit including software development, infrastructure, and HR. Rafael also served as the Executive Manager at BB Tecnologia and the Service Manager at Secrel Consultoria e Sistemas. Rafael has a proven track record in successfully executing IT projects and operations for large organizations. Rafael is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Rafael Diogenes has an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ in Business Administration and Management, General. Rafael also has a Finance MBA from Ibmec in Finance, General. Their Bachelor's degree is in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ceara in Information Technology. Rafael is certified by the PMI Rio de Janeiro Chapter in PMP - Project Management Professional and by the Scrum Alliance in Scrum Master.
