Greg Hitchcock

Greg Hitchcock is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the food and flavors industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at OSF Flavors since April 2021, Greg previously held senior positions including Senior Director of Operations at Carla's Pasta, Inc. and Plant Manager at A. Zerega's Sons, Inc. Additional experience includes roles such as Plant Engineering Manager at Leprino Foods and Technical Manager at Nestle Infant Nutrition / Gerber Products Company. Greg's career began at Quest International, where Greg progressed from Project Engineering Manager to Process/Project Engineer. Greg holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, obtained in 1994.
