Roger Mandeville CSCP is an experienced logistics and warehouse professional currently serving as the Warehouse Manager at OSF Flavors since September 2018. In this role, Roger oversees transportation and warehousing operations, managing order selection, shipping, inbound raw materials, and inventory management while also handling vendor negotiations and supply chain improvements. Previously, Roger held positions such as Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor at Arrow Electronics, where responsibilities included ensuring logistics goals were met and managing personnel. At Kellogg Company, Roger managed a DSD warehouse servicing over 600 locations, and earlier roles included Operations Coordinator and Logistics Analyst at Namco, focusing on efficiency and management of logistics operations. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Albertus Magnus College.
