Leah Olsen

Leah Olsen is an accomplished recruitment strategist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in physician and provider recruiting. Currently serving as a Recruitment Strategist at OSF HealthCare, Leah focuses on employer branding and managing activities related to provider recruiting, sourcing, and marketing campaigns. Previous roles include founding How2Hire.com to assist small business owners in improving their hiring processes, as well as serving as a Provider Recruiter at Carle Health and a Physician & Provider Recruiter at UnityPoint Health. Leah's career began in 1997 at Accenture as a Recruiting Assistant and has since evolved through various leadership positions, including ownership of Stonewell Recruiting. Leah holds a BA in Sociology from Wheaton College.
