Samantha Koehn

Samantha Koehn currently serves as an Organizational Development Strategist at OSF HealthCare, a position held since January 2021, where responsibilities include guiding strategy development and execution in leadership, coaching, and performance management. Previously, as an Organizational Development Advisor, Samantha collaborated with leaders across nine facilities to enhance team culture and leadership skills. Experience extends to Teach For America as Managing Director of Teacher Leadership Development and various roles at Milwaukee Public Schools, including Assistant Principal and Instructional Coach. Early career includes teaching at Stockton Schools and an internship at Monkey Bay Wild Life Sanctuary. Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership and Curriculum & Instruction from Alverno College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Viterbo University.
