Sarah Zallek

Sarah Zallek, MD FAASM FANA FAAN DipABLM serves as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at St. Joseph Medical Center, OSF HealthCare, since January 2020, and previously held the position of Interim Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at the same facility. Additionally, Sarah Zallek is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine since August 2021 and has been the Medical Director of OSF Sleep, Peoria, where Sarah Zallek founded and developed a sleep center accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Sarah Zallek has also contributed as Physician Director of Communication and Education at OSF HealthCare Illinois Neurological Institute until June 2023 and held the role of Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria from August 2011 to August 2021. Sarah Zallek completed an MD at Rush Medical College and a BS in Biopsychology at UC Santa Barbara, alongside a strong educational foundation from the University of Michigan.
