Noël Adams currently serves as the Vice President of Academic Collaboration and Operations at OSF Innovation, a position held since December 2021, where strategic partnerships with academic institutions are leveraged to create novel healthcare solutions. Prior to this role, Noël worked at OSF HealthCare as the Director of Innovation Lab Programming, overseeing the establishment and administration of multiple innovation labs. Noël's experience also includes serving as the Director of Operations and Simulation Manager at Jump Trading Simulation and Education Center, as well as progressing through several project management roles at OSF HealthCare. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Bradley University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Eureka College.
