Alexia Maschowsky

Alexia Maschowsky MBA is the Director of the Strategic Program Management Office – Risk & Data Analytics at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada, where they lead initiatives to manage operational complexity and enhance data management practices. Previously, Alexia held various roles including Management Consultant at Nova One Consulting and Investment Advisor at multiple financial institutions. They have extensive experience in project management, change management, and strategic planning, having worked at organizations like OLG and CGI. Alexia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from McGill University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
