Bindi Doshi Tatla

Bindi Doshi Tatla, CTDP, MCATD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as organizational development. Currently serving as Founder and Principal Consultant at BDManagement Consulting since March 2020, Bindi facilitates tailored solutions for various organizations. Bindi also contributes as a faculty member at the Institute for Performance and Learning and the Schulich Executive Education Centre, specializing in performance and learning competencies. Additionally, Bindi holds a Senior Manager position in Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada, where responsibilities include designing training content and assessments. Previous roles at the Canada School of Public Service and Passport Canada encompassed leadership in learning events, client relations, business development, and training program management. Bindi's educational background includes a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training and Development from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University, complemented by recent educational pursuits at Cornell University.
