The Human Resources team at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. They handle a wide range of functions including culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; HR operations; strategic HR planning, programs, and analytics; and management of culture and conduct risks.
