Deborah Donnelly

Deborah Donnelly is an accomplished Director with extensive experience in human resources, cyber security, and procurement within various Canadian government organizations. Currently serving as Director of HR Planning, Programs, Systems and Analytics at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada since April 2022, Deborah's previous roles include Director of Corporate HR and Development at Public Services and Procurement Canada from June 2021 to April 2022, and Director of Cyber Security for Defence and Marine Procurement.
