Heather Cloutier

Heather Cloutier is an experienced professional in public affairs and communications, currently serving as the Director of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada since April 2021. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Heather has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Internal and Digital Communications and Manager of Parliamentary Relations for the Correctional Service of Canada. Additionally, a motivational speaker since April 2012, Heather has contributed as an Independent Consultant and Area Manager at Arbonne International LLC, and served in senior positions at HRSDC and Canada Student Loans Program. Educated in Political Science and Mass Communications at Carleton University, Heather also has a background in media relations from earlier roles at Carleton University and Industry Canada.
