Nicolas Moreau is the Managing Director of Capital Projects at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada. They have held various roles at Finance Canada since 1999, including Senior Chief in the Economic Analysis and Forecasting Division and Director of the Funds Management Division. They also served as Associate Assistant Deputy Minister in the Financial Sector Policy Branch until 2024. Nicolas is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Economics at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
