Alexandra Gillis has a strong background in asset management, with roles at various companies throughout their career. Alexandra began as a Real Estate Associate at Mutual of New York in 1992 and later worked at First Sterling Financial, Inc. as part of their originations team. In 2003, they joined Rhode Island Housing as a Development Officer. Gillis then moved on to Centerline Capital Group, where they held the position of Vice President. Alexandra later became a Managing Director of Asset Management at Cocke Finkelstein, Inc. and then joined Phoenix Realty Group as the SVP and Head of Asset Management. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Asset Management and Capital Projects at Phoenix Realty Group.
Alexandra Gillis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Urban Studies: City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. Alexandra also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
