Saj Bains is a seasoned Commercial Finance Leader with 15 years of experience in credit risk, corporate finance, and risk management. They have held senior positions at organizations such as GE Capital, where they managed global Energy portfolios valued over $2 billion and led teams in underwriting and strategic credit management. Currently, Saj serves as the Director of Wholesale Credit at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada, focusing on regulatory compliance and credit risk oversight. Saj holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calgary.
