Jennifer Zou, CFA has a strong background in risk management and financial supervision. Xiaohui (Jennifer) started their career in 2007 at the China Securities Regulatory Commission as a Senior Officer of the Public Company Supervision Department. In 2012, they joined CIBC as a Risk Analyst before moving to CIBC Asset Management Inc. in 2013 as an Associate in the Institutional Advisory Group. Jennifer then transitioned to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada in 2014, where they held various roles including Senior Supervisor, Manager of Stress Testing, Senior Manager of Stress Testing, and currently serves as the Director of Risk Analytics & Innovation Network. Their experience spans across different sectors and they bring a wealth of knowledge in risk assessment and regulatory compliance to their work.

Xiaohui (Jennifer) Zou, CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Schulich School of Business - York University, earned from 2011 to 2013. Xiaohui (Jennifer) also earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Management from the University of Potsdam, from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they are a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), having obtained their certification from the CFA Institute in 2015.
