Claudine Spence

Claudine Spence has a strong background in asset management and client services. Claudine currently holds the position of Principal and Director of Client Services at O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, LLC since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as a Managing Director at the same company from 2007 to 2016. Claudine has also held notable positions such as Vice President and Senior Business Analyst at Bear Stearns Asset Management Inc. in 2006. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President in positions involving institutional marketing and sales and client service support at Legg Mason (formerly Citigroup Asset Management) and Bank of Ireland Asset Management, respectively. In addition, Claudine has experience as a Request for Proposal Specialist at AllianceBernstein and as a Marketing Consultant and Team Leader at Diversified Investment Advisors.

Claudine Spence obtained a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business during the period of 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Fordham University. Additionally, Claudine has obtained several certifications, including a Design Thinking Workshop certification from UVA Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning in January 2023, as well as an Executive IQ Participant certification from the Money Management Institute in April 2022.
