Arqile Kokedhima started their work experience in 1982 as a Specialist at the Air Defence, Guided Radar station for Surface to air missiles. Arqile then progressed to various roles within the Air Defence, including Commander of Air Defence Battalion, Chief of Staff of Brigade, and Chief of Operational Planning Section of Brigade. In 2001, they became a Staff Officer for Air Defence at the General Staff of Albania AF. Arqile later served as Commander of Air Fix Wing Regiment at the Air Forces, Brigade Commander at the Air Defence, and Director of Directory of CIMIC and Public Information at the Ministry of Defence. From 2009 to 2012, they held the position of Commander of NCO Academy and Commander of Troops School at Albania AF. Since 2013, they have been associated with OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike as the Chief of Maintenance and Service Sector of Company, as well as the Chief of Selling Section. In 2017, they joined Distributor of Electricity Company in Albania as the Chief of Maintenance.

In 2005, Arqile obtained a Certificate in International Relations from the Defence University of China.
From 2002 to 2003, Arqile pursued a Diploma in Strategical Issues at NATO Defence College in Rome.
Between 1999 and 2001, Arqile attended the General Staff Academy where they acquired a Master of Science for Security and Defense Issues. Their field of study focused on Control and Management of Albania Airspace.
From 1986 to 1992, Arqile pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tirana. Arqile specialized in the replacement of electrical motors with tiristors.
Lastly, from 1978 to 1982, Arqile obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Air Defence from Military University.
