Lejdi Ranxha

Lejdi Ranxha has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. They started their career at KOKA Energy as a Hydropower Electrical Engineer, where they worked on power generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as renewable energy sources. They then joined OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike as a Team Leader of Electrical Site Operations, where they ensured smooth facility operations and managed maintenance activities. Later, they became the Head of the Regional Technical Team at OSHEE, where they supervised and guided a team of over 300 employees and managed all technical operations in the district. Most recently, Lejdi joined OST sh.a.-Operatori i Sistemit të Transmetimit as the Director of Regional Energy Transmission, where they developed and executed government energy strategies and maintained positive relations with stakeholders.

Lejdi Ranxha's education history begins in 2014 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës. They then pursued a Master's degree in Electro Energy from the same university starting in 2018. In 2020, they enrolled at Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Management, which is currently ongoing.

Lejdi has also obtained several additional certifications. In July 2019, they received a course certificate for Energy Audit in buildings from AE - 321 - Electric Energy Audit. In September 2020, they became a Certified Energy Manager from Energy Management. In October 2020, they obtained a Level 5 - Safety License from Noa Control Dekra. Most recently, in October 2021, they acquired a certification in the Design of electrical networks for civil and industrial facilities from the E.1684 - Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
