Brittany Flanagan

Brittany Flanagan is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Oshi Health since May 2025, Flanagan previously held the same role at Koala Health, where strategic recruitment efforts were implemented following a successful Series A fundraise. Prior to that, Flanagan worked as a Talent Advisor at York IE and a Senior Human Resources Manager at Amazon, where a significant HR integration project was led post the acquisition of PillPack. With a strong background in people operations, including experience as Vice President of People Operations at PillPack and various roles at SilverTech and Target, Flanagan brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational design, compliance, and employee engagement. Flanagan holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
