Ryan Crabtree

Ryan Crabtree is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the defense and mining industries. Currently serving as the Chief of Electrification, Autonomy, and Technology at Oshkosh Defense since January 2014, previous roles include Electrical/Autonomy Supervisor and Senior Project Engineer with a focus on military vehicle test and development. Prior to Oshkosh Defense, Ryan worked as a Senior Engineer at Caterpillar Global Mining, where responsibilities included lead Electrical Engineer for large hydraulic shovels. Ryan's career began at Pierce Manufacturing, progressing from Project Engineer - Electrical to leading initiatives on military firefighting apparatus and advanced electrical systems. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a specialization in Digital Circuits from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
