Jamison Bair is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the electrification and electrical systems engineering fields. Currently serving as a Senior Electrification Engineer and Electrical System Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation and Oshkosh Defense respectively since December 2020, Jamison brings a strong background in project management and leadership from previous roles, including serving as Project Manager for the EcoCAR 3 Vehicle Innovation Team at Colorado State University. Jamison also owns Bair Brothers Painting LLC, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial and management skills while balancing a full academic schedule. An internship at Tesla Motors further solidified expertise in powertrain manufacturing operations. Jamison holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Colorado State University.
