Jason Garland

Jason Garland, CPA, CMA, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Benefits for Global Health & Welfare at Oshkosh Corporation, where responsibilities include managing the Fidelity stock plan, coordinating with the VP of Global Rewards on Board material, and overseeing a $60 million budget for the CEO cost center. With extensive experience in finance, Jason has contributed significantly to the accounting of over $1 billion in equity and liability accounts and has led projects related to 401(k) and pension plan financial statements. Prior roles at Oshkosh included Finance Analyst Lead and Lead Internal Auditor, where Jason enhanced internal controls and conducted revenue recognition testing. Earlier career experience spans positions at Hawkins Ash CPAs, Wipfli LLP, and Midwest Lending Corporation, where Jason honed expertise in audits, tax preparation, and client relationship management. Jason holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
