Jesse Steinke

Jesse Steinke, CFPE, PMP, currently serves as the 1NCR Assistant Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, overseeing operational control for three Naval Construction Battalions. With extensive engineering experience, Jesse has held positions at Oshkosh Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer, leading a team and managing fluid power responsibilities for various vehicle portfolios. Previous roles include supporting equipment management for a $6 billion inventory at the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command and serving multiple capacities in the U.S. Navy Reserve, notably as Company Commander. Jesse’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
