Jini Mornard

Jini Mornard, PMP has extensive experience in program management and engineering. Starting in 1993, they worked at Metso Paper as a Sr. Mechanical Designer and later as a Sr. Application Engineer. In 2005, they joined Pierce Manufacturing as a Sr. Financial Analyst and progressed to roles such as Project Manager II and Sr. Program Manager. In 2020, they moved to Oshkosh Corporation and held positions such as Sr. Program Manager, Global Product Development and Sr Manager - Program Management. Currently, they serve as the Director - Engineering Program Management at Oshkosh Corporation.

Jini Mornard, PMP, has a diverse education history. Jini first attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1988 to 1991, studying Biomedical Engineering. Following this, in 1991-1992, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Design at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Jini then went on to complete their BA in Business Administration and minor in Economics at Lakeland University from 1998 to 2004. In 2012, they received PMP training from RMC Project Management and obtained their PMP certification from PMI in March 2012. Jini also returned to the Milwaukee School of Engineering to study Biomedical Engineering, although the specific dates are not provided.
