Kathi Reinl

Kathi Reinl is an experienced professional in organizational change management and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Change Management at Oshkosh Corporation since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kathi held various positions at Bemis Company, Inc., including Manager of Executive Services, HR Delivery Lead for V15ION (SAP), and Corporate Human Resources Manager from December 2001 to October 2018. Earlier career experiences include HR Manager roles at Banta Healthcare Services, Inc. and Morgan Manufacturing, as well as HR Administrator at Chesapeake Consumer Products. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, earned between 1983 and 1987.
