Matthew Kaufman

Matthew Kaufman is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience at Oshkosh Corporation and Oshkosh Defense. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Manager for Programs & NPI at Oshkosh Vocational, Matthew leads supply chain planning and execution for new product development and launches. Previous roles include Category Strategy Manager, where responsibilities encompassed aftermarket sourcing and cost management, and Purchasing Manager, overseeing all inbound materials for defense manufacturing. Matthew also held various positions focusing on supply chain management, cost control, and operational procurement throughout a career spanning over 15 years at Oshkosh. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
