Sean Ketter

Vice President, Global Procurement & Supply Chain at Oshkosh

Sean Ketter has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to procurement, supply chain operations, and supplier development. Sean began their career at Milsco Manufacturing in 1996 as a Manufacturing Engineer. Sean then joined John Deere in 2001, where they held positions such as Strategic Sourcing, Supply Management Engineer/Buyer, and Supplier Development Engineer. In 2006, they joined Oshkosh Corporation as the Manager of Enterprise Supplier Development, eventually working their way up to Vice President of Global Procurement & Supply Chain. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in supplier quality, development, and overall supply chain operations.

Sean Ketter has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Sean also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, which they received between 1995 and 1999. In 2015, Sean completed the Next Supply Chain 50 program at World 50, Inc. Furthermore, in 2012, they attended the Executive Scholars Program in General Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
