Xiaobo Yang has significant work experience in the engineering and research fields. Xiaobo started their career as an Assistant/Associate Professor at Jilin University in 1989, where they focused on Vehicle Dynamics Research and Teaching, as well as Advanced Driving Simulator Motion System Development and Optimization. Xiaobo then worked as a Research Assistant/Associate at Concordia University from 1996 to 1999. Xiaobo joined General Motors in 1999 as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer before moving to Chrysler LLC in 2000 as a Technical Specialist, where they worked until 2008. Xiaobo is currently employed at Oshkosh Corporation as a Sr. Chief Principal Engineer.
Xiaobo Yang completed their education in Vehicle Dynamics, earning a Ph.D. degree from Concordia University in 1999. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering at Jilin University of Technology from 1986 to 1989. Xiaobo began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Sichuan Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1984.
