Susan Shifflette is an experienced professional in the fields of food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Technical Manager of Quality for Europe at OSI Europe since July 2018. With a strong background that includes roles such as Owner at Dyed Up & Twisted and previously holding positions at OSI Group as a Beef/Pork Vendor Specialist and Central Beef Industries LLC as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Susan emphasizes expertise in animal welfare and food safety. Additionally, Susan has experience as a Food Safety Analyst at Smithfield Foods and as a Graphic Designer in the early stages of a career focused on marketing and educational material development. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University, complemented by earlier studies at the University of Arizona.
