Joanne Smith

Joanne Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of taxation. Joanne started their career as a Tax Manager at Deloitte in 1990 and worked there until 1996. Joanne then joined Hilton as the Director of Tax, where they handled tax planning, tax accounting, and tax compliance responsibilities. In 1999, Joanne became the VP Tax at Ticketmaster, Citysearch, and IAC, managing the global tax function and expanding its role as the business expanded to multiple countries. Joanne continued in the same role at Ticketmaster until 2007.
