Ray Pierce

Ray Pierce is an accomplished professional with 34 years of experience in the Security Non-Intrusive Inspection manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Rapiscan Systems Inc since April 2002. In this role, Ray focuses on strategic solutions analysis to advance business objectives, having previously held the position of Senior Program Manager for Customs and Border Protection Programs. Prior to Rapiscan, Ray was the National Customer Service Manager at EG&G Astrophysics, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service operations and developing job performance standards. Ray began a career in the US Navy, serving on the USS Seattle and maintaining critical power drive systems for anti-aircraft weapons.
