Charles Brice

Charles Brice has extensive experience in various roles related to business development, acquisitions, and program management. Charles first gained experience as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they were responsible for program execution, contract management, personnel management, and financial management in support of software development and engineering projects. Brice then moved on to PE Systems as a Senior Acquisitions Expert, where they provided expertise and guidance to support program mission achievement. Charles later became the Director of Business Development at PE Systems, responsible for capturing new business opportunities and managing client relationships. Brice also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at P E Systems, Inc., where they played a key role in developing capture strategies and managing proposals. In their most recent role, Brice served as the Executive Vice President of AFCEA Alamo Chapter, focusing on education and overall leadership responsibilities. Additionally, Brice has experience in the federal sector as the Deputy Program Manager for the Corporate Acquisition and Logistics Management System (CALMS) program at the US Army, where they managed a contractor team and oversaw software development and logistics systems implementation. Charles also served as an Information System Security Engineer/Signal Officer in the US Army, where they had various responsibilities related to information technology and telecommunications systems. Currently, Brice is the Executive Director of Federal Strategy and Business Development at Osi Vision, LLC.

Charles Brice earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Business of Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Masters degree in Computer Systems Management with a concentration in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, they obtained several certifications including the ABCP from DRI International in April 2009, the ISSEP from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) in March 2009, the Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (CISSP-ISSEP) from (ISC)² in March 2009, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in January 2008, the PMP from the Project Management Institute in June 2007, and the CISSP from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) in January 2007.
