Fred Villarreal

Fred Villarreal is an experienced engineering technician and naval operation specialist with extensive expertise in technical operations, logistics, and law enforcement. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician II at Osi Vision, LLC, Fred ensures adherence to project operational directives and security requirements.
