Kathryn Miller has worked in the field of technical support since 2019. Kathryn began their career as a Senior Technology Support Consultant at UMBC Division of Information Technology. In this role, they provided technical support to university personnel, managed and assisted with the departmental online ticketing system queue, served as a mentor to current student consultants, and resolved and assisted with over 100+ issues at the Tier 1 level with a 100% customer approval rating. In 2020, Miller moved to Thales as a Help Desk Technician. In 2021, they took on the role of Deskside Support Dispatcher at Leidos. Miller currently works as a Help Desk Technician at University of Maryland Medical System and will soon transition to a Technical Support Engineer at OSIbeyond.

Kathryn Miller is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, General at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
