María Isabel Aguilar

María Isabel Aguilar has a varied work experience. María Isabel began their career as a Psychometer at Grupo Cosein in June 2011 before transitioning to the role of Executive Recruiter in August 2011. María Isabel stayed in this position until November 2012 before moving to Grupo Onyx as an Executive Recruiter from November 2012 to May 2013. After that, they joined Grupo TIR - Telecom as a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator from October 2013 to July 2016. Their next role was as the People & Culture Director at Osigu starting in August 2016. Currently, they are working as a Catedrática in the Psychological Dimension in Organizational Behavior at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala since January 2023.

María Isabel Aguilar obtained a Certification in Multidimensional Coaching from Grupo Esco Guatemala in the year 2021. In 2015, they completed a Business Diploma in Administration of Businesses from Loyola Business School for the Americas, specializing in Administration and Management of Companies. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, María Isabel Aguilar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, specializing in Human Resources Development, from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
