Niels Vlastra

Niels Vlastra has a diverse work experience in the cybersecurity and IT industry. Niels most recently worked at Osirium as the Regional Sales Manager for Europe and the Middle East, where they were responsible for delivering Privileged Access Management, Privileged Endpoint Management, and Privileged IT Process Automation solutions. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Sales Manager for Europe at Osirium.

Before joining Osirium, Niels worked at BeyondTrust as the Regional Sales Manager for the Benelux region, where they contributed to the company's success in the cybersecurity market. Niels also gained experience as an Enterprise Account Manager at Intel Security (formerly McAfee) and played a crucial role in developing proactive security solutions for businesses and personal use worldwide, leveraging Intel's innovative approach to hardware-enhanced security and Global Threat Intelligence.

Earlier in their career, Niels worked at Qi ict as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager for Security, focusing on maximizing the uptime of ICT infrastructures and the realization of complex ICT projects. Niels started their professional journey as a Sales Representative at Holland Reliëf bv and as a Graduate at Siemens Nederland NV. Niels also had an internship experience at SGS.

Throughout their career, Niels Vlastra has gained extensive expertise in sales management, cybersecurity solutions, and IT infrastructure.

Niels Vlastra's education history starts with their attendance at Atlas College Rijswijk from 1993 to 1999. During this time, they completed the VWO program, which is a college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program. Following this, from 1999 to 2003, Niels studied at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Technical Engineering & Management. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, Niels engaged in distance learning through NHA Distance Learning in Panningen, Holland, focusing on the study of Arabic Language and Literature.
