Jeff Lowrance is a seasoned professional in the field of IT with experience as CEO and CIO at OSIS since January 2003. Prior to that, Jeff worked as Director of IT at HealthSource of Ohio from June 2000 to January 2003. Jeff holds a BS in Computer Science from Appalachian State University.
