Cynthia Nguonly is a CPA, CA, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation from HEC Montréal, obtained between 2017 and 2020. With extensive experience in taxation, Cynthia has been serving as Directrice - Fiscalité at Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd since October 2015, after previously holding the position of Analyste financière - Fiscalité within the same company. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at Énergir as Conseillère - Analyse et Infos de Gestion from November 2014 to October 2015 and spent nearly four years at PwC as a Senior Associate from January 2011 to October 2014. Cynthia also earned a DESS in Comptabilité publique from HEC Montréal in 2010-2011.
