Michael Spencer

Michael joined Osisko Bermuda Limited as Managing Director in 2017. Prior to Osisko, Michael spent over seven years in mining-focused investment banking where he advised on a wide array of M&A advisory and financing transactions representing over $10 billion in value. Prior to investment banking, Michael worked for an independent consulting firm advising medium to large-cap corporations on a variety of executive compensation and corporate governance-related matters. Michael obtained an Honours Business Administration degree with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
