Stephen Groves is a highly experienced professional in the field of process safety and engineering, currently serving as the Lead Technical Safety Engineer at OSL Consulting since June 2017. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Freelance consultant for Airedale for a short period in 2017 and held the position of Associate in Process Safety Compliance at AECOM from November 2014 to April 2017. Significant earlier experience includes serving as Process Safety Manager at Cofely Fabricom Engineering Solutions from December 2007 to November 2014, and as a Senior Process Engineer at Synthetic Chemicals from December 1986 to December 2007. Stephen also began their career as a Project Engineer at Yorkshire Chemicals from October 1983 to November 1986. Educationally, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering with Management Economics from the University of Bradford, earned between 1974 and 1978.
