Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah has accumulated over a decade of experience in retail management, currently serving as District Manager at OSL Retail Services since December 2013. In this role, Hardik leads a team of over 70 employees across various retail locations, driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence through the implementation of strategic action plans and talent development initiatives. Prior to this, Hardik held the position of District Team Lead, providing coaching and operational support to multiple stores while assisting in strategy execution and KPI tracking. Earlier career experience includes serving as Wireless Manager at both OSL Retail Services and Walmart, where Hardik successfully led store teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
