Yury Amaya

Yury Amaya is a seasoned professional in employee lifecycle management and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Employee Lifecycle Manager for North America at OSL Retail Services since May 2025. With a strategic approach to workforce initiatives, Yury leverages data-driven insights to enhance employee experiences while ensuring alignment among HR, Payroll, and Legal teams. Previously, Yury managed the Talent Onboarding team at OSL from March 2018 to September 2022, focusing on collaboration with business leaders to fulfill staffing needs, improving team performance, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. Yury's extensive background also includes roles at Just Energy and Colegio Virtual Siglo XXI, where expertise in customer service management, team training, performance improvement, and communication was developed. Yury holds a Bachelor in Arts in Education from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and further education from Sheridan College.
