Chinh Truong

Chinh Truong has extensive experience in technical support and service delivery within the fintech sector, currently serving as a Service Delivery Engineer at OSL since December 2021. Prior to this, Chinh worked as an Application Support Analyst at IG INDEX LIMITED, where responsibilities included 24/7 on-call support, diagnosing issues, and liaising with various teams. Chinh also held positions at Tradeweb and Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on system monitoring, client onboarding, and code release management. Additional roles at Squawker, Morgan Stanley, Chi-X Europe Ltd., TradingScreen, and Fidelity International further developed Chinh's expertise in technical operations, connectivity, and system analysis, underpinned by a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing Systems from City, University of London.
