Hoi Chan currently serves as the Head of Institutional Product at OSL since August 2024. Prior to this role, Hoi held the position of Head of Product at First Digital, where responsibilities included leading product and engineering teams, developing product vision and strategy, and fostering cross-department collaboration. Hoi also contributed as Technical Product Lead at First Digital, overseeing organizational transformation and global product expansion. As a co-founder of HK Brewcraft, Hoi played a pivotal role in promoting craft beer and homebrew culture in Hong Kong. Additional experience includes positions at Crypto.com as Product Delivery Manager, Citi as IT Senior Business Analyst, Société Générale as Fidessa Developer, and implementation roles at CLSA and Fidessa. Hoi Chan began a career in Information Technology through an internship at HSBC. Hoi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
