Jason Liu

Jason Liu is a seasoned operations executive with expertise in global listing management and exchanges operations, currently serving as COO at OSL since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of VP of Listing and Marketing at HashKey Group, overseeing the listing of regulated exchanges and managing the marketing team from June 2023 to August 2025. Jason also worked at Bybit as Head of Listing Ops, focusing on listing research and operational growth from September 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as LIVE Streaming Ops Director for Douyin at ByteDance, where Jason drove the growth and monetization of the live streaming business, and as Regional Director of Operations for TikTok Africa, concentrating on key markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computing Science from Beijing Jiaotong University and participated in an exchange program at Dankook University, focusing on Korean language and culture.
