Bernard Mak

Bernard Mak is a Senior Systems Engineer at Osler Diagnostics since March 2024, contributing to the development of portable lab-quality diagnostics. Prior to this role, Bernard served as a Medical Device Systems Engineer and Clinical Team Delivery Lead at BIOS Health Ltd, where responsibilities included managing systems engineering activities and leading a clinical team. Bernard has also held positions at Bombardier as a Global 7500 Flight Controls System Engineer, contributing to the aircraft's certification, and held various roles at McGill University, including research positions and leadership in student publications. Bernard holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Neuroscience from McGill University.
